My stay at this historic hotel in Ouray was truly unforgettable. The beautiful decor and comfortable atmosphere made every moment enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially during the pandemic. However, the lack of on-site dining options and the limited services offered during our visit was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, though the dining could definitely use improvement.
